This tour is designed for groups who want to experience the most popular and exciting destinations in Namibia, including the desert national park, Etosha National Park, and the capital city of Windhoek. The itinerary is carefully crafted to offer an authentic cultural experience through activities like visiting a tribal village, attending a traditional dance performance, and participating in culinary sessions. Safety regulations are strictly adhered to, and we have arranged for comfortable transportation throughout the tour. Day 1: Arrival in Windhoek Upon arrival at Hosea Kutako International Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel in Windhoek, where you can relax and recover from your travels. Day 2-3: Etosha National Park After breakfast, we will drive to Etosha National Park, known for its diverse wildlife and expansive salt pan. We'll spend two days exploring the park, enjoying game drives and admiring the stunning landscapes. During the evenings, we'll stay at a lodge inside the park. Day 4: Damaraland From Etosha, we'll head to Damaraland, passing by the Petrified Forest and the famous Organ Pipes geological formations. In Damaraland, we'll visit a local tribal village and learn about their customs and traditions. Day 5-6: Desert National Park Next up is the Desert National Park, where we'll spend two days exploring the towering sand dunes and vast desert landscapes. We'll visit Sossusvlei and Dead Vlei, two of the most iconic sights in Namibia, and enjoy a sunrise hot air balloon ride over the desert. During the evenings, we'll stay at a lodge near the park. Day 7: Departure from Windhoek On the final day of the tour, we will return to Windhoek for your flight back home. Before departing, there will be a final culinary session where you can learn about local cuisine and try some authentic Namibian dishes. The tour package includes all transportation, accommodation, meals. We have carefully selected accommodations to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay throughout the tour. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the Customer: If you cancel your booking within 5 days prior to the tour departure date, you will be eligible for a full refund. If you cancel your booking within 10 days prior to the tour departure date, a cancellation fee of 10% will be applicable. Please note that some tours or activities may have non-refundable components, such as permits or entrance fees, which cannot be refunded. Cancellation by Zambezi Etosha Tours: In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient participation, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. We will make every effort to notify you of any tour cancellations as soon as possible. Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via email or phone, providing the necessary booking details. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving the refund request. The refund will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original booking, unless otherwise agreed upon. Refund Exceptions: Please note that any third-party services or expenses, such as flight tickets or accommodations, are subject to their respective refund policies. Refunds for unused portions of a tour or services not availed of during the tour are generally not provided unless agreed upon in exceptional circumstances.
