This itinerary has been carefully crafted to showcase the best of Zambia, with a focus on must-see attractions like Victoria Falls and wildlife reserves. We have also included river cruises, walking safaris, and hot air balloon rides to make your experience even more enjoyable. Duration: 8 Days Month: The best time to visit Zambia for this tour is from June to September when the weather is dry and sunny. Day 1: Arrival in Livingstone Upon arrival at Livingstone International Airport, you'll be transferred to your lodge in Livingstone. You'll have the evening to relax and recover from your travels. Day 2-3: Victoria Falls From Livingstone, we'll visit the world-famous Victoria Falls, one of the largest waterfalls in the world. We'll spend two days exploring the falls and enjoying river cruises along the Zambezi River. Day 4-5: South Luangwa National Park Next up is South Luangwa National Park, known for its diverse wildlife and walking safaris. We'll spend two days exploring the park, enjoying game drives, walking safaris, and hot air balloon rides. During the evenings, we'll stay at a lodge inside the park. Day 6-7: Lower Zambezi National Park From South Luangwa, we'll head to Lower Zambezi National Park, known for its stunning river landscapes and wildlife. We'll spend two days exploring the park on game drives and river cruises along the Zambezi River. During the evenings, we'll stay at a lodge near the park. Day 8: Departure from Livingstone On the final day of the tour, we will return to Livingstone for your flight back home. The tour package includes all transportation, accommodation, meals, and activities mentioned in the itinerary. We have carefully selected accommodations to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay throughout the tour. Our experienced tour guides will ensure that you have a safe and unforgettable experience in Zambia. This includes all activities, accommodation, meals, and transportation during the tour. Flights to and from Livingstone International Airport are not included in the package. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the Customer: If you cancel your booking within 5 days prior to the tour departure date, you will be eligible for a full refund. If you cancel your booking within 10 days prior to the tour departure date, a cancellation fee of 10% will be applicable. Please note that some tours or activities may have non-refundable components, such as permits or entrance fees, which cannot be refunded. Cancellation by Zambezi Etosha Tours: In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient participation, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. We will make every effort to notify you of any tour cancellations as soon as possible. Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via email or phone, providing the necessary booking details. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving the refund request. The refund will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original booking, unless otherwise agreed upon. Refund Exceptions: Please note that any third-party services or expenses, such as flight tickets or accommodations, are subject to their respective refund policies. Refunds for unused portions of a tour or services not availed of during the tour are generally not provided unless agreed upon in exceptional circumstances.
