Day 1: Arrival in Lusaka - Introduction to Zambian Culture Arrive at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport in Lusaka, the capital city of Zambia. Transfer to your hotel and spend the day exploring the city, visiting museums, and getting acquainted with the local culture. Day 2: Livingstone - Cultural Village Visit Fly or drive to Livingstone, a city known for its proximity to Victoria Falls. Visit a local cultural village and interact with the residents to learn about their customs, traditions, and daily routines. Enjoy traditional music and dance performances, taste local cuisine, and participate in craft workshops. Day 3-4: Mukuni Village and Chiefdom Tour Visit Mukuni Village, home to the Leya people, one of Zambia's ethnic groups. Meet with the village chief and learn about the customs, governance, and history of the community. Engage in hands-on activities such as basket weaving, traditional cooking, or beadwork with local artisans. Explore the nearby Chiefdom Museum, which showcases artifacts, historical displays, and cultural exhibits. Day 5: Kabwata Cultural Center and National Museum Visit the Kabwata Cultural Center in Lusaka, a hub for Zambian arts, crafts, and cultural performances. Browse through local handicrafts, paintings, sculptures, and jewelry, and have the opportunity to purchase unique souvenirs. Visit the National Museum, which houses exhibits on Zambian history, archaeology, art, and traditional cultures. Day 6: Departure - Farewell to Zambia After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your departure or onward journey. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Customer: If you cancel your booking within 5 days prior to the tour departure date, you will be eligible for a full refund. If you cancel your booking within 10 days prior to the tour departure date, a cancellation fee of 10% will be applicable. Please note that some tours or activities may have non-refundable components, such as permits or entrance fees, which cannot be refunded. Cancellation by Zambezi Etosha Tours: In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient participation, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. We will make every effort to notify you of any tour cancellations as soon as possible. Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via email or phone, providing the necessary booking details. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving the refund request. The refund will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original booking, unless otherwise agreed upon. Refund Exceptions: Please note that any third-party services or expenses, such as flight tickets or accommodations, are subject to their respective refund policies. Refunds for unused portions of a tour or services not availed of during the tour are generally not provided unless agreed upon in exceptional circumstances.
